“Once a Phi Kap , Always a Phi Kap.” We Phi Kaps understand that being a Phi Kap means it is a lifelong commitment and not just an undergraduate experience. We never say “I was a Phi Kap”, but rather “I am a Phi Kap.” Our vision is “Lifelong Growth and Development of the Fraternity and its Members.”

Since the Men of Honor Leadership Institute was established in 2000 as the premier growth and development program for the undergraduate membership of the Fraternity, Phi Kappa Sigma has been searching for an appropriate equivalent for our alumni members—a reason for our alumni to say, “I am a Phi Kap” rather than “I was a Phi Kap.”

Goals change. Interests evolve. Lives change after college. We recognize that just as we recognize who we were in college is not who we are today. It can be a tough transition, and we want to help. Our vision, “lifelong growth and development of the Fraternity and its members,” should be just that: lifelong.

This Alumni Enrichment Program takes a direct approach to some of the biggest challenges we face, challenges unique to alumni members that often go neglected or ignored. We have recognized three major areas of growth and development, the first of which has been covered extensively in Men of Honor. The other two will be covered during this Alumni Enrichment Program:

1.      Navigating through the college years

a.       Campus & academic life

b.      Life at the Phi Kap house

c.       Developing leadership & management skills

d.      Preparing for graduation

2.      Planning and navigating your personal journey

a.       Career pathing

b.      Deeper personal relationships

3.      Navigating retirement

a.       Fulfillment

b.      Legacy

c.       Financial

d.      Health
